For more information on prices and delivery times of mail from the Kurdistan Region to the rest of the world, the sender must directly or indirectly provide the following information to “Suren Post”:
1- Receiver address
2- Commodity type
3 – Actual weight
4 – DIMS & Load ability
5 – Number Of PCS
6- Total Item Price (Total Value)
After submitting this information, the mail and delivery department will determine the price and delivery time of the mail and the type of services in the shortest possible time, and after approval of the sender on (price and type of service), he/she must visit our website (surenpost.co), the “Suren Post” headquarters directly, or contact one of our nearest agents to sign the contract and pay the posting fee, and as soon as filling the form and sign the contract, The electronic and legal process of sending the mail will be implemented by the Department of Mail and Delivery Services immediately. By entering the information and receiving the barcode, there is no difference between sending and not sending the mail, cannot cancel the post for any reason, has no right to withdraw and cancel the post free of charge.
Some very important terms and notes:
- Before signing the contract, the sender must decide in all aspects and completely in sending the post, in choosing the type Line and service, price, content, the accuracy of recipient address … etc. In order not to be harmed and his rights to be protected.
- The sender must register all the goods intends to send in the contract, along with the price of each item, in order to have the right to be protected. (He/she must also include his/her passport or national card or personal identification card and passport and the identification card of the post recipient).
- The recipient must not receive it unless he/she is sure of the contents of his/her post until fully verifies it, because receiving and signing it in accordance with international laws is a sign of satisfaction with the content of the post.
- After signing the contract, if the process of sending the mail is canceled at any time and for any reason, 60% of the fee will not be returned.
- Any mail sent with the registered name and address by the sender, if the name and address are wrong, or it was an office or place, then (“Suren Post”) is not responsible for “failure to reach to the particular person directly” (Because according to the rules of the ” Universal Postal Union (UPU), the in charge for the administration and security of public places (communities + residential communities “apartments” hotels + prisons and…etc.) They may receive the posts of people who live in these places, and sometimes they refuse to receive them Therefore, the recipient must visit the post office himself/ herself.
- Upon receipt of the mail in the receiver country (from the time the recipient is notified to receive the mail, if within 3 days If didn’t visit the postal office ) then according to the law and instructions of the “express post”, the post will be returned, or destroyed), In the event of returning any mail that is not received by the recipient for any reason, the sender will be charged the return amount, and must pay the returning fee, and “Suren Post” is not responsible for any fees and customs amount in incoming and outgoing post. After 90 days from sending the post, the sender has the right to investigate and request the outcome of the post and compensation.
- If the contents of the post are goods, the receiving country will determine the customs duty, and if the recipient does not pay the amount, the post will not be sent to him/her and will not reach him/her, in this case, “Suren Post” is not responsible for not returning or delivering the post to the final owner.
- (Under no circumstances will compensation be paid for goods that are likely to break, tear, and puncture mail cartons during inspection customs duties), and for the composition of the post, if it is goods, the price will be determined by the sender, if has Insurance (the price of insurance for every $500 is $34). In case of loss or damage, compensation will be paid according to the price on the invoice and the contract. If he does not have insurance, he/she will only be compensated for the shipping cost of another mail of the same weight and size. For documents (insurance is $14 per half kilogram), and if not have insurance, will be compensated by sending another post without compensation or more.
Terms of 5+ 6 + 7 belong to Posts that enter the global post network, the private service network of Sorin Post is not included.
- “Suren Post” is not responsible for wrong addresses, illegal documents, hidden items, or anything that is not registered in the invoice.
- Suren Postal Service will not receive all banned goods in the field of postal exchange, because it is not included in our services.
- “Suren Post” is not responsible for (Any inspection, audit, questioning, or legal problems, to holding the post by (customs or police and security) of the region, or in any country where the post is located, which causes “delay or non-arrival and return or seizure of the post, or loss due to natural disasters, or Delay due to flight cancellation, delay of our cargo due to traffic accident + down + or stopping at the airports and customs and security checkpoints inside the region or abroad.
